Ella Lee

Primary Classroom

Co-Lead Teacher

Hi, my name is Ella Lee and I am a co-lead in Primary class.

I was born and grew up in Jeju, South Korea. I have a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in English Education and finished Montessori training at Montessori Education Center of Rockies in May 2024. I have worked in Montessori schools as an assistant for about 6 years and always love to see how children grow so much in the Montessori environment.

I am a mom of two children, 9- and 5-year-olds, and live with my husband and the two children in Erie. We moved from Nothern Virginia to Colorado 8 years ago and have been enjoying this beautiful nature and weather here. I love to sew and knit in my free time and make clothes for myself and my family.

I am very excited to meet your child and their families. I am also grateful for this opportunity to be a part of your child’s life at their earlier age. Thank you for trusting us and sharing your child with us.

Olivia Dengah

Toddler Classroom

Lead Teacher

Hello! My name is Olivia Dengah, and I was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. I moved to the United States in 2012 and have called Colorado home ever since. In 2019, I became Montessori Certified for Birth to 3-year-olds through the Montessori Education Center of the Rockies in Boulder. Since 2014, I have had the privilege of working in Montessori schools, dedicating myself to guiding young children during their formative years.

My passion lies in creating a warm and nurturing environment where children can grow at their own pace. I deeply believe in Montessori philosophy, focusing on encouraging independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Above all, I strive to ensure every child feels seen and valued, fostering their confidence and self-expression from day one.

Outside of the classroom, I love spending time with my 6-year-old Shihpoo, Penny. We enjoy exploring different campgrounds, going on hikes, kayaking, having home karaoke sessions, playing guitar/ukulele, and cooking Indonesian food.

I’m excited to meet you and your child and look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful school community!
